Due to the lack of money on my end, that's what Michi is going to be getting, which makes me sad because I can't get her anything she wants...
Even so, it's hard to take her out without any money. I am hoping to cook for her, but...(-images an atomic bomb being detonated-) I really don't think that would be wise...

But, you are absolutely right...our culture is much too materialistic and dependent on the media to dictate what we want to own. It's a sad state of affairs, but...we'll make due somehow, ne?
