Well...I got Christine to be my Don this year cuz I luuuuuv her. I compiled like a whole page list of classes I might want to take. Yay. Cant wait.

yeah i did that because, as you probably read, people were conducting personal and unpleasant business (which they involved themselves into uninvited) in my comments section which was incredibly annoying because email or phone is a much more mature way to deal with these kinds of things instead of doing it on a public forum. I didnt want to hear what people had to say on LJ i wanted to hear it from THEM or not at all. So I took a break for a while.

also the escalation caused by that discussion being had publicly made the whole situation seem worse than it actually was. which was annoying too.

but yeah. I'm good. and a week from school. and a good Don. and learning. and friends. and yay.

Ah, I figured it was due to the LJ-drama that was going on, but I wasn't sure and it just made me uneasy.
But it's good that you're good and it rocks that you have a don you like...I really should have changed mine, seeing as she was useless to me but I'm lazy so I'm stuck with the same one who'll I'll most likely one all year...ah well.

yeah, christine rocks. After all of the shit I was putting myself in academically she was batting for me 100% which I really appreciated. Plus she's cool.

so yay.

yeah you'll get through this year. plus if you have a professor you find a connection with you can just have them be your mentor and to hell with that other guy.....meh.
