tired but i can't seem to sleep atm, took some stuff that is meant to help. i'm just concerned about tomorrow and the rest of the week. i know every thing is gonna work out, i got a good team behind me... well the two of them a lest. so this is what management is like?

wait till you dont trust ay of your team... and that's when the fun starts... but hey i strive under that situation

well the ones left there are the ones i do trust, so i'm pretty much fine for that

management is delegation, and trusting your staff already know how to do their job, and firing them when they dont. it gets easier once you follow that guideline. i used to manage 18 surely army security officers, it was best to leave them to what they already know and do best, dont try to control them or tell them how to do their job, and they then gladly come to you for direction when they dont know something.

but firing one puts the respect in the rest of them.

well i'm only acting manager till the store manager returns next week, i don't have the power to fire anyone. as for the rest they know what their doing, just tell them what i need or want done on that particular day
