BUT...if they were..
"Hanging out" on the front steps of the building (In clear view of the security cameras and the clients...who later complained about it).

wouldn't it be ON film? and what about the clients complaints?

You should send in the video and the complaints from the client should come in writing and sit on his desk.

We have that problem here like crazy and it does indeed suck. In case you were looking for advice, do nothing. There's not a damn thing you can do. If you convince him that he was wrong and force him to acknowlegde his daughter was slacking he'll hate you for it and you'll be a lot worse off than you are now. But I suspect you already know that. ;)
