[Emerges from hiding, at least journal-wise, since this is worth it.]

Excellent. I have some people for you.

[Guess who.]

[He doesn't pay a horrible amount of attention to the journals, though once he figures out it's Kain it'll be insanely understandable for him.]

'Bout how many, you think?

At least three--maybe four...no, it'll have to just be three. One of them you already talked to when you first posted about electricity, the one that spoke about the box that makes fire.

(She'd better not mean to send me... I've not touched a magical cooking box since that one.)

It anythin's busted too bad, it's gonna be easier just t'get a new one'r wait fer this place t'do it for ya. Dishwasher'r anythin' that size y'probably can't get out anyway, I'd need t'come over there t'look at it.

I haven't had anything ruined beyond repair, yet...except that once, but it doesn't matter now. I suppose we're at least lucky enough not to have to pay for new items, here.

(Hm...I hadn't thought about that. Normally, I wouldn't think twice about having anyone over, but....)

Not everyone comes from a world with such things you know. I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy being called a 'goddamn moron' because someone thought YOU weren't understanding something that was foreign.

Maybe not but I wouldn't be th'fuckin' idiot who kept blowin' shit up. If ya don't know what somethin' is, ya need t'leave it alone instead'f tryin' t'burn your house down more'n once.

Such a broad interpretation doesn't apply to everyone you know. It's akin to saying that all people who cannot pronounce words fully are uneducated.
