Islands don't just disappear without an explanation. Thoughts?

Weapon or not, this cannot be allowed to continue. If islands are vanishing because we have stolen the key source that allowed them to form together...

Then we must return it but as of now, we have no strong evidence to claim if the reason this is happening is because of 'it'. The creature we have found.

As powerful as the creature is, I doubt it was holding up more than just the one island. Knocking them down, though... Well. It begs the question of whether there are others like it, and just how our client knew of it in the first place.

Who exactly is our client, Hijikata? Captain, if you are listening in...I do think it would be time to speak.

If there are more than one of those creatures lurking within depths of those islands, then are their others who are seeking them for their power?
If our client knows about them, then how many others know about those creatures?

That is the question, isn't it? We were hired in Boston. Those willing to hire in a place like that are typically big on anonymity. If the Captain knows, that's one thing, but I wouldn't assume she does.

A few months ago now. I don't remember a lot from that night. . .but there was a storm. And it definitely felt like something weird was going on.

Whatever it is, I don't like it. Something's obviously up, and those "scrambling scientists" are keeping information from the public. I mean, if the whole of Reial could potentially fall to shit, shouldn't there be an official broadcast or statement? We live here too, ya know. It's just really fishy.

If it is a weapon, though... we've prolly got something really huge on our hands. We don't even know what we're dealing with here.

Scientists don't like admitting when they don't know what the Hell is going on. That said, it is unusual to have no official word...

We'll be proceeding with greater caution with all this this business from now on, at any rate.
