No, Flipper is a famous dolphin. It's American programming, so I guess you might not know it. Anyway, flipper is clearly a dolphin thing. I don't know what whales would speak though, but I figure they'd be very diplomatic and polite ambassadors. Besides, they have to share the ocean, don't they?
