all my high school kids from my two courses are adding me on facebook and it's really hilarious to look at their facebook pictures. "WHATS IN MY RED CUP LOLZ" pictures are rampant. my favorite was the beer can covered in duct tape. really ?? REALLY ( Read more... )

if you have a story to tell, you'll get around to it. sometimes you have to coax these things out of yourself after a significant period of time. and even after that, you have to let them sit around, get comfortable in your apartment, eat a few hundred of your frozen pizzas, and make a mess of your life before you still know what they are all about. really, stories are just like having a transient roommate that never seems to actually leave. you thought they'd only stay for a night or two. after a feww week, you want them to move out. you try to get them to move out. but the more you try, the less they leave. finally when you give up and start acting like you want them around, they pick up and get the hell out ( ... )

bukowski is god. sometimes i want to lock myself into a room and only listen to vinyl records, drink expensive wine, and read bukowski.

but that's how nickelback gets to sell millions of records. because the people who should be causing a stink are locked in their rooms listening to vinyl records, drinking expensive wine, and reading bukowski. those fuckers.

and i liked your analogy. too bad i don't have any frozen pizzas, because i'm really hungry. stupid hungry stories.

personally, anna, i think you're pretty hilarious. and now i've also got to wonder what the fuck i was doing hanging out with 24 year olds when i was 17, and had to tell my mom that they were 19, just one example. and what the hell were they doing hanging out with juniors in high school? i know for a fact it's not because we were so mature, interesting or funny. i'm only 21, and i can't hardly hang around 18 year olds without getting creeped out sometimes. weird.

hahahaha OH YES. i still think kayla's mom thinks derek is like, 22. we weren't mature. we caused more drama than most 90210 rip off shows. i guess we just got back by our winning personalities. you know, those personalities that got personally affronted by anyone who thought 16 year olds DIDNT know everything. because like, duh, we totally did. and do.

<3 miss you.

exhibit a: me.

except now that i'm 20, i'm the rough equivalent to a 65 year old who likes dirty movies.

haha. i get lamer and less funny and more boring as each second passes. if someone had made me read the label before i ate "getting old", i think i would have passed.
