=/ i think the fact that we don't really have a viable "venue" anymore kind of made us grow up faster that we had to. because if i remember correctly, there were ALWAYS old as fuck 20+ year olds hanging out if there were shows. and now i'm the old as fuck guy, and it's weird. hahaha
haha oh i remember those days. i remember when hyamp opened, and what a holy shit deal that was. i was at the first show, and the last show.
the sad part about all of this is i remember driving to the brickhouse just to see if anyone i knew was at the show, or even if they weren't, if a semi-decent band was playing. you just went to hang out, to see your friends, and to get the new music. there were always the little groups, but you could count on everyone turning out for the really big shows.
i wish one of us could get super rich and start a venue. it'd be awesome. derek debated it for a long time, but started to quickly find out it was just a money pit of no return.
i'll go to shows until they stop having shows, and we watch live music via hologram because everyone is afraid of the new AIDS or blowing each other up.
hehe. this is 'us'. down to the last period. we had so much fun back in the day. Do you remember the time we were at Greg's house on his computer and we found the other TFAYE and about crapped ourselves/went to hunt her down/exploded? And anytime I think of Matt Williams I think of him running through my house almost catching it on fire with a can of AXE and a lighter. lol.
hahaha i do remember that. god, greg is probably the biggest fucking douchebag on the planet. like, his weiner-ness knows no bounds.
i think about matt doing that, and everyone thinking that i was about to throw gasoline on the fire, when it really was just a bucket of water. that missed by about 4 feet if i remember right.
oh boy, i like greg too. he never did anything bad to me, my friends, my boyfriend, my mom, my boyfriend's career, my best friend's life, etc.
he's an upstanding guy, full of good traits. i wish more people could be like greg ! i hear he's extremely well liked by pretty much everyone he's ever met, and for good reason too. he's swell !

I saw it at Gabe's for $2 so I got it for a friend, but read it first. It's amusing.
