I used to use Ishkur's guide to electronica when I was first getting started. Its a really cool site! Though he tends to be really opinionated about certain music and doesn't give the best examples. But yea. cool site.

Yeah you can tell he has a bias. I thought his descriptions for genres he hated were pretty funny though. The j-pop one was hilarious.
