So I was eating lunch at Burger King today and this old guy came in saying he lost his jacket and was wondering if anyone had turned it in. Seemed like a reasonable request, but the employees had seen nothing. So then the guy started elaborating saying that he had just been there an hour before and sat at a certain table, which no one was

He should have had someone call his phone, and if no one heard it ring, that would prove conclusively that it wasn't there!
