I popped the big question on Monday morning and Rachel Lynn Roose said yes. I have been wanting her to marry me, and I really have been looking forward to planning and throwing a big surprise for the woman who has made my life so much better than I ever thought possible. Aw, I'm so excited for you Sterling! And yes, seeing the finish line is so awesome after dating for a long time. Crossing it is pretty nice too. Don't give yourselves too long of an engagement. LOL. That's my big advice. We moved ours up and 8 months was still too long. You can plan a wedding in less, and once youre done planning you sit there and you're like "why did we make it so far away again?" LOL.

It's been forever but I just read this and had to comment, I'm so happy for you two! Though in my head, you are both still like 18 and freshman in college, I suppose I should realize that people did grow up when I left orlando :)
