Well, it's been months since my last update, so...

• N. and I are back together again; maybe it'll stick this time. :-)

Woot! and Squee! for having Sylvan House on the market at last. Go you! And I realize that all of the light brown bits are little maple tree spinners, but with the texture they add, I actually kind of like the way it looks without grass. Give it a bit of a lava rock or bark chip goodness, and not only do you have a maintenance free yard, but you reduce your carbon footprint by not having to water or mow. It becomes a time-saving, eco-friendly selling point. :)

Yep. :-)

I knew it was going to roll over on my way home from work, so I had my point-n-shoot digital along for the ride and just took a handful of shots more-or-less blind, trusting the auto focus/exposure to do its thing and give me something usable.
