CHARACTER INFORMATION-
Canon Character and Series: Hatsuharu Sohma
In-Game Name: Hatsuharu Sohma

Appearance: Hatsuharu has a lean, mildy athletic build, and stands at about 5'7. His eyes are an incredibly dark shade of gray that make them appear dull, as if he's always in a daze. Otherwise his features are quite attractive, almost pretty. This fellow rarely shows much expression unless severely provoked...which is a rare thing because there isn't a whole lot that phases him. On top his hair is pure white and spikey, though it appears he's got some black roots growing in. Though many will suspect this is not but the result of a lazy dye job, it actually grows that way naturally.
He has a thing for what in theskytides would probably be considered obscure fashion, lots of accessories and more or less punk-rockish clothes. He seems to enjoy wearing black and white, perhaps an homage to his being the ox of the zodiac. Both his ears are pierced, likely more than once.
When turned into a cow, Hatsuharu looks...surprise surprise, like a cow. His clothes tend to get ripped off during the transformation, leaving him naked when he turns back.
Personality:
Hatsuharu has a dual personality. His "white" personality is calm, relaxed, and eccentric. When white, he is very well mannered and polite to those around him, not to mention affectionate to those he cares about. He usually says whatever is on his mind, however, there are a few select things he remains secretive about, whether it be to protect others or simply because he's afraid to face them himself. These things he generally wont speak of with anyone, unless they're one whose managed to get incredibly close to him. Despite how carefree he acts, he is very much a worrywart when it comes to his loved ones, whose hapiness and well being he is constantly concerned with and determined to protect. He isn't afraid to talk sex, and like with most things is very relaxed about it. If he notices that a woman has large breasts, he'll probably mention it to her. Just as well it can be a little bit hard to stay on the same wavelength as him, he can say some pretty strange things that really wont make sense to anyone else but he himself.
Though he does not express it outright, he's very concerned that others think he's stupid, and when someone makes a point to show that they don't, it makes him extreemely happy. He isn't the sharpest crayon in the box, but he isn't an idiot. Heck, when it comes to matters of the heart he's quite astute.
When he feels annoyed, threatened, and/or angry, Hatsuharu becomes violent, arrogant, and rude. This is called his "Black" personality. During this "Black" phase, he can be argumentative and perverse, leaving roars of anger and destruction in his path wherever he goes. As ferocious as he gets, he remembers what he had done during these rages and is usually apologetic (and tired) afterwards.
Abilities/Weapons:; He has incredible observational skills, so he often understands others reasons for doing things before even they can. Also he's strong, and has some training in martial arts. Oh yes, and he turns into a cow when hugged by females. COW POWERS, GOOOO~ ...*grazes*
How well can your character hack?: Hatsuharu can't really hack, he doesn't think it's his business if someone went through the trouble of locking their post.
Weaknesses: He gets lost very easily because he has a terrible sense of direction, ...and yeah, that training in martial arts? Didn't change the fact that he just fails at fighting. He might have strength, but he has no clue what to do with it.
History:
At birth, Hatsuharu was cursed to posess the soul of the Ox of the Chinese Zodiac (Or perhaps an equivalent of the Chinese Zodiac in the game, but if it ever comes up he'll just refer to it as the Zodiac). Because of this, he transforms into a cow whenever he is hugged by the opposite gender or his body comes under a great deal of stress. This was a secret tradition passed down from several generations in his family line. The Sohmas have been well known throughout Ivona for their wealth and beauty for decades, and didn't wish to be associated with such a crazy curse. As only a select few are ever afflicted by it at any given time, it has been easily kept quiet.
As he grew, Hatsuharu's "Black" side developed as a result of being teased for being the "ox" when he was a child. The ox of the zodiac was considered stupid and slow for allowing the rat to ride its back during the banquet of the Zodiac New Year. Because of this, Haru would snap easily and blamed Yuki, his cousin and the rat of the Zodiac, for all his misery. Even though they were probably half joking, he couldn't help but to take it personally. When his "Black" personality appeared, no one could handle him, not even his parents. They resolved to have him take martial arts lessons from a relative in hopes that it would help him release his stress. Unfortunately, though he liked the martial arts, it brought little release.
Eventually after really meeting Yuki for the first time, he burst into anger and yelled at him about all his troubles. Yuki took this all in stride, and helped him calm down, revealing that he didn't really think of Hatsuharu as the stupid ox. Since then, Hatsuharu's "Black" side rarely made an appearance anymore, and he began to see Yuki as someone he truly loved.
Sometime after this he met another cousin, Rin, the horse of the Zodiac, and from friendship bloomed a beautiful romantic love. Sadly, because of the strict head of the family, Akito, the 'God' of the Zodiac, he found himself constantly having to sneak around to be with her. When they began dating, they were forced to do so in secret due to the fact that it was forbidden. For a while they had a good thing going, but it couldn't last forever, and they they were eventually caught. Angry with their 'betrayal', Akito hurt Rin badly, and in response she broke up with Hatsuharu to protect him from danger without telling her reasons or just how she'd been injured. Haru, being very attached and in love with her, didn't let that stop him from wanting to see her, and he continued to pursue her despite her endless rejections.
Now, how did he end up on the Fierta? He was trying to get home after taking a walk...and got lost.
