1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
(stealing Amanda's answer) moved into an apartment

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't remember what I made last year and I will make them for this year, but we'll see if I keep them

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
nope

4. Did anyone close to you die?
yes, Grandpa Chisholm

5. What countries did you visit?
none this year

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
courage

7. What dates from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
January 16th, that is the day Grandpa died...a few odds and ends of days such as visiting my grandmother in Buffalo, Papa's B-day, the babies visits, when they became sisters...and December 13 =)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting my Outstanding Student Service Award, I felt so happy after getting that

9. What was your biggest failure?
I don't remember because I change my failures into life lessons, so I honestly don't remember

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
a few head colds and a really bad skin condition, but nothing major

11. What was the best thing you bought?
my mom's christmas present....a blues brother poster....she loved it!! hehe

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
my parents, they both lost their fathers and they keep on going with their head held high, I wish I can have half the strength they have

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
a few things happened at the beginning of the semester that made me upset, but I am over it

14. Where did most of your money go?
gas and food and a few movies...

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Balloon Rally, going to see my brother play football, getting my littles

16. What song(s) will always remind you of 2005?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:

a) Happier or sadder?
both, but I think more happier

b) Thinner or fatter?
I think I am pretty even with last year

c) Richer or poorer?
poorer

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
spent more time for myself during the summer rather than working all the time

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
buy movies haha, because now I am poorer because of it and spent time at the Golf course, I got so sick of that place

20. How did you spend Christmas?
like last year, we got up and open our presents, got dressed and ate, went to gama's house and ate and came home and ate and watched movies for the rest of the afternoon

22. Did you fall in love in 2005?
I think that I started to, yeah

23. How many one-night stands?
zero

24. What was your favorite TV program?
my new favorite one is Grey's Anatomy, but I still love Charmed and Gilmore Girls

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't hate anyone now...or at this time last year...

26. What was the best book you read?
I have to pick one?? I think it would have to be a tie between the DaVinci Code and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (finished it this morning)

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I had no new discovery, but I did like a few new songs, like Photography by Nickelback and Switch by Will Smith

28. What did you want and get?
a wonderful boyfriend =)

29. What did you want and not get?
gosh, I don't know...I wanted another puppy but didnt get it..

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Phantom of the Opera I think, but there were alot of good ones I saw

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
21, I don't remember what I did during the day, but I remember working at night and everyone making jokes on how I can drink now..then I came home and had a glass of wine with my parents and Drew and Scott had ginger ale

32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
being with all of my friends on New Years Eve

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
the same as the year before...comfortable, I could be a model for LLBean =P...but jeans and t-shirts or sweaters, nothing too fancy but looks decent

34. What kept you sane?
talking to Amanda and Megs, and the usual like movies and cross-stitching

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
none really, but I do admire a few like Bette Milder for her project in NYC

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
the war and him tapping phones... dont get me started

37. Who did you miss?
besides my grandfathers, I think my friend Dustin

38. Who was the best new person you met?
well, there were two, my little Jen and well...Nate =)

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005:
Life is too short to be upset or angry, live life to the fullest because you never know what is going to happen and to just breath, everything will work out itself!
