[Back before the main post happens, one of the two watches as yet another blue-haired boy walks by, leaning his chin on his hand.]

...Hey. Let me ask you something. [He abruptly sits up straighter, turning to the one beside him.]

[ He's still kind of watching the people mill around though. There's something off about this place, but it looks kinda fun... ]

Let's say there's a girl. A girl in a pretty blue dress. She's absolutely crazy and has no manners at all, but a goddess loves her so she can do anything she wants. [He's making this up off the top of his head, so he doesn't care that it sounds a little strange.] What would you do if you met her?

I can see why a fine lady like you would like socialising without the fear of impending battles or conflict.

Ha... ha ha... *Yeah, that's right. Socialising without the fear of having to kill anyone from here, because they were not from her world. She looks sad, now, eyes lowered.*

[ Ryoji notices that her expression has turned into something a little downcast and wonders if he'd said anything wrong.

[It's hard to hear when one's Demonica is angrily pinging two insanely powerful demons, one of which is closing in on one's position.]

...it's hard to speak to other humans here; most of them are teenagers.

My demons are practically kids, with the way they act. I'm pretty sure we get along okay.

There's a maturity difference between teens and adults. They're still only boys and girls, not men and women.

[ Ryoji never thought of it that way. It's quite opposite to what he usually gets. ]

"Hah?" Michiyo stares at the two, obviously confused by their looks. One of them looks like Ryoji while the other...looks like him, after all, so she's a bit out of her depth.
