Minako is just strolling through the mall enjoying some delicious tabasco coffee when she sees the banquet.

Time to wander over and pump those Social Links! strike up a conversation.

Settling into a nearby chair, she places her coffee down before a greeting.

"Hello, Akihiko-se..."

She trails off as she actually takes in the details of Kaede's appearance.

"...you're a girl."

"Yes. I only play Akihiko Sanada in a drama." She tries to smile. It still is bizarre to have the character you play come to life. "I'm Kaede Nakamura. And you?"

"Minako Arisato."

Pause.

"...wait, drama? You're an actor?"

[boyactress]

"An actress," she corrects. "In my world, Persona 3 is a TV drama. I play Akihiko Sanada. Others from the show are here, too."

[bathhouse_boss]

We're gonna lose our minds if this noise keeps up. *Shura may or may not have heard Satake mumble that.

What she will hear is:* Happy birthday, Shura. *A Jack Frost-themed gift set is set in front of her.* Here's a little somethin' for workin' so hard for all of us here.

*Shura's face immediately lit up.* For me? Can I open it?

Of course ya can. *Satake sits down to eat, himself, seeing as how Shura doesn't seem to be having any troubles with the food.* Ain't anythin' special, but I'm sure nothin's special enough for a dame that keeps folks safe and housed all on her own.

*Shura grins and tears the packet apart, revealing two Jack Frost mugs and an assortment of flavoured chocolate to eat or to drink.*

Oh wow, thank you!!! How did you guess?

[Have another random curious shopper stopping by to see what the fuss is about and if it's connected to the ridiculous music that's been playing all morning. He walks up to the table, plastic bag swinging in one hand.]

...It's your birthday?

[Directed at Shura, though he glances at Kaede too.]

It's my human birthday, *she corrects.*

Oh. [Well, same thing. Kind of. ...Close enough.] Happy birthday.

[It feels kind of awkward to just stand there after that, so he sticks a hand into his sack to dig around. What he retrieves is a box of cheap, wrapped candies, which he holds out. Pretty lame gift in the face of all this food, but it's the best he's got.]
