So apparently I am now a migraine sufferer. Or not. I have no idea what's going on. But now whatever it is has moved from migraine nausea to "unsettled stomach and dry retching at sight or smell of food". Fun. Especially considering my line of work.

Ugh, I feel your pain, I used to get horrific ones all the time. I drink HEAPS of water and take fish oil twice a day and now only get them every few months instead of weekly... if that helps at all. And I had to quit coffee, which hurt almost as much as the headaches. Also, ginger tea if you can find it is realllllly good for setting migraine-stomach.

/mum-style unsolicited advice.
