It seems that despite LJ's claims that the servers will stay in the US, they were moved to Russia a couple of days ago

What was it about the server issues that prompted you to move to Dreamwidth? Do you post unsecure material to the internet?

Other folks have been noticing censorship issues since the server move. While I have always had the general policy that anything I put up on the internet is public info, I really don't like the idea of having others decide my words/posts/images for me.

That and I am really not happy with Russian politics atm. So the farther I can stay from them, the better my life is. ^.^
