Um... interesting question. I don't usually answer these things, but...
First, I would paint the sky black to make it look like night. Plants wouldn't be able to photosynthesise and all the animals would be disoriented. Then I'd tilt gravity so that everything was pulled sideways and reverse the tides to confuse surfers and marine animals.
