Fitness Plan

Ok, so tomorrow is the first day of going back to the gym for the long-term. I'm going to get up at 7 am and go. Then, I'm going to come back to my apartment, shower, and then make myself an omelette. Hopefully this time it won't get all stuck to the bottom of my pan.

ughhh why would you eat salad all the time voluntarily by itself? thats totally not healthy, lettuce has no nutritional value! ewwww. you should at least combine it with soup or something. the chili I made yesterday is comprised entirely of vegetables.

Yeah, it's a good idea to combine with soup. I don't like how they taste out of a can though, so I would have to try a homemade one
