Lunch: chicken I pan fried with garlic salt, italian seasoning, and some lemon juice. With a strawberry sorbet-ish, that I ate part of on a piece of Melba toast.
Dinner: I decided to try crab, only it wasn't until after I ate it that I realized it was imitation. So, let's hope I didn't screw myself up too badly by doing that. I had a piece of Melba
