You should be allowed to use a tazer on every on of those people. When I worked at the library circulation desk, the more a person seemed to be impatient with the speed of my progress the slower I'd go, and the more "problems" I'd have.

People are just nasty animals.

Somewhere on the other end of the mall there's bunch of spoiled kids gossiping about management instead of waiting on customers and not even bothering to LOOK for a box a the right size; the customers from hell will run into them sooner or later.

I CAN'T WAIT!! That's the thing, I think I am pretty good at the whole customer service thing. It just pisses me off that I know this person is being an ass to me cuz some kid at THE GAP was an ass to them.
