As for the Christmas card - yes, that's completely for real. We're busy with the new room, painting, putting in a new floor and tomorrow one of Sylvia's colleagues will come in to wallpaper everything. We've also picked furniture - it'll be here in February.
I've passed on your suggestion for a name, but it was rejected :P.
