Most everyone thinks I am having absolutely no remorse about divorcing Adam. Truth is, I am. I will miss him but I know that I will be much happier without him. I had lapband surgery yesterday. Thursday night Ben spent the night with me. We had a slumber party. It was so much fun! We giggled too much. I only got about 2 and a half hours of sleep but I had every bad dream possible. Well fuck. I only have about 12 hours til I have to be at the surgery center. I'm getting pretty anxious. I can't have anything to eat or drink after midnight. I have a nice grilled chicken salad waiting for me to eat it. My mom is all freaking out today because she knows she can't make me do chores for the next few days. Ha! Ok, I'm really getting excited over my upcoming surgery. I've got 6 days left. The only thing that is scaring me now is going under anesthesia. It's just scary to me cuz I've been under it before. It's just creepy how you are all awake one second, then you are out, then you wake up and it seems like no time has passed. Crazy crazy.
