and sooooooo jealous.
About the ring, surely they have more of a selection than two! Of the two here I like the same one you guys did, but not if it's that big. Sheesh! And there use to be other companies who offered class rings besides the one that came on campus. Another place might have more of a selection? What color is citrus? Yellow? Lime green? Are you going to buy your hood/gown? This is exciting, Brad. That cheer you hear is me -- and lots of other folks -- down here in TX.
Watches are useful and that one is particularly gorgeous but it definitely won't outlive a well-made ring.
If you can't find an outside vendor that makes different sizes of Purdue rings, maybe you can go to a jeweler and make your own "class ring"? Or you could just use your shrink ray on it. :)
I wish I could get a Ti class ring, but there is alot that goes into it. Namely, the engraving of licensed logos. So unless one of the big companies does the ring, it is not likely to have to Purdue Griffon on it. I really like these rings, I just have to decide what suits me. I might get a watch too, but later, as an alumni.

the size of a dime or a penny. And with

I am going to see if they have a slightly
smaller version, but I am not expecting much.
Unfortunately, they are somewhat mass produced.
