More like, it will track more than one touch at the same time.
All the current touch-screens are limited to tracking a single input (i.e. on a register/POS you stab one button with one finger, and that's it).
This one seems to be tracking at least ten different touch points at the same time, which opens up all sorts of user interface possibilities. (Think Minority Report kind of stuff...)
