Yep, heard about it this afternoon. Posted on Twitter a link to the Smart Bitches, Trashy Books Amazon Rank page, they are trying to google bomb the page so it the first link that shows up if you search for 'Amazon Rank', and they succeeded.

On top of the LGBT literature, feminist and general sexuality literature has been deranked. Don't know if you've seen this but this is a list of all the books that have been deranked. The whole thing is gross on so many levels and Amazon is blaming it on a glitch. I'm sure they'll revert everything but they will still have to deal with the PR nightmare this already is, and they deserve it.

This is totally wrong. How can they possibly think this is a good idea, even from a "protective" standpoint? It goes beyond a slap in the face.
