What did they say they were doing for you about the case problem? One big fan? That's pretty badass...I should probably consider investing in that soon, as I will be upgrading my memory.

Adding more ram doesnt boost up the heat THAT much, but you should get a program called MBM 5 (Mother Board Monitor). Its a free thing just search it on google. It'll tell you the temp of your system in Celcius.

40 and less | You're fine
50 and greater | That's something to worry about
55 | Do something about it
60> |You're parts are frying slowly
70> | YOU'RE FUCKED
