get a balance disk....theyre like 20 bux....super cheap....and do squats on them with your arms out in front of you or over your head....once you get used to it use weights in your hands...also....ankle weights are great.....do kick backs while holding onto a chair or something or do them while on all fours....kick one leg up while still at a 90 degree angle then switch to the other leg
