What a hoot! I have to admit, the idea of drinking scotch makes my mouth pucker, but what lovely names for them all.

I gave up on developing any taste for good Scotch, because the stuff is expensive and my Scotch-drinking friends really shouldn't waste it on me. I went to a Scotch party once at Pennsic, and I allowed as to how I could grow to tolerate a couple of the ones they brought out late after the crowd had gone, but it just didn't seem worth the trouble and expense.
