XKCD really resounded with me today. Ever since being struck by lightning, I tend to lose words and end up describing things when my brain won't grab the word. (You are perfectly within your rights to try to convince me it is a sign of aging and not of being struck by lightning, but you will then have to excuse me when I have trouble hearing you. I

Is it all different kinds of words or a particular kind?

I have trouble with proper nouns when I have no insulin and sugar in my system. (They say the brain doesn't have to have insulting-- but they are WRONG.)
