These... people. Ghosts? Is that what they are?
I was not so homesick as to want this.
And does anyone know the name Delilah?

This does not look like the Middle East, so I assume this... writing is referring to a different woman.

That's an incredible underestimation of the influence of the Hebrew Bible.

People have come here from different times; it is vaguely possible that the actual Delilah is present. However, that seems less than likely.
If you are suggesting that a different woman is being metaphorically referred to by the Biblical name, you may perhaps be correct.

It is somewhat unsettling.

Definitely ghosts.
Delilah is a new name...

Is there a surname or any sort of message to accompany it?

"Don't be so shy, Delilah." In red on the front of a building.
Sadly, no surname.
