When will I receive my order?
After the preorder closes, you must wait another 2 weeks. One week is for the batch to be processed and shipped to me, and the second week is for the items to be shipped from me to you. If you cannot wait, check what I do have on hand, or do not buy from the preorder.

What is the refund policy?
I will only refund if I sent you the wrong items.

If it turns out your orders are out of stock, I will email you immediately to notify you, and ask for/confirm an alternative order. You will be refunded if you do not want to place an alt. order.

What is the payment deadline?
Payment must be received within 3 days of order confirmation. Unpaid orders are not processed.
