I've been tempted more than once to buy that book, it looks so great!

BTW, I'm busy all day tomorrow. We'll have to try again to plan something.

I'm a recent convert to the whole Cook's Illustrated religion. The baking book is a fun read, and I'm anxious to try more recipes, especially since the shortcakes turned out so well.
