When the Clintons visited the White House last week for their picture show, Bill Clinton said:
"I hope that I will live long enough to see American politics return to vigorous debates where we argue who's right and wrong, not who's good and bad."
Right and wrong vs. good and bad--this has been meandering around my brain for the last week. So far, I've come up with the following:
The notion of poodles in Montana may not be wrong, but it's bad. (One of my most cherished possessions is my "Citizens for a Poodle-Free Montana" t-shirt.)
