OMG, I know someone who would be perfect! skiptomylou September 26 2005, 19:34:40 UTC
He's a WWII war veteran, in his 70's or early 80's or some such abd LOVES to talk about the war and history in general.

He is a partner at my law firm (easy to get to get in contact with) - but he's no suffragate! He's quite conservative, but very very very NICE.

Let me know!

My grandmother is almost 90. I am not sure if she was a suffragist. She lives near Seattle, so a phone interview might be in order. Let me know if the other person does not work out and I can ask her.

My mom has a fabulously hip and cool friend who is sharp and interesting. She's 75, I think. I don't know what kind of stories she has, but she is Jewish and grew up in New Jersey. She probably could talk about her own personal Jewish history and I'd love to hear what else she might share. So I'll toss that out in case you want a few other options.
