No. She left the City. She was gone for some years in her world, but some how managed to return to the City yet again.

It is possible that the demensional differnece within the City causes a time lapse of a sort. I am more inclined to believe that rather this City is outside the bounds of time, therefore acting as a portal between demensions and times. This would explain how so many differning worlds and times come together in this place. It is as if this City is a go-between for all worlds and times, the portals into and out of the City being the places where this dimension connects to another, and therefore this dimension has no actual time of its own.

Simply put, if you were to find a way back to your world there is no telling what time frame you may return to. You may return to the same time you left, or you may return earlier or later in time.
