As the picture of him wasn't on the Headmasters'/Headmistresses' wall (or Jo didn't mention it at any rate), I'm convinced we can write around it. But then, I declared myself "Queen of an Alternate Universe" when canon-shafted by HBP, so I can definitely do it on this one. :-)
