I'm getting obsessive about weight and exercise again, finally. Obsessive in a good way. I'm on such a workout rush, that I want to go back an hour after I get out of the gym. But, I won't. Because overtraining does not allow enough time for the muscles to recuperate, and therefore is counterproductive to the task at hand
