Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I keep a recs list on Diigo (it's 99% Minerva-centric). There's a fair amount of Snape there (123 recs at last count), and it gets updated regularly--under the "Severus" tag: http://www.diigo.com/user/squibstress/Severus?type=all

Do you want links for specific communities on DeviantArt or does the search link cover it? (Although DeviantArt limits search results so there's really no way to see everything)

I thought the search link would do it, but even though I have a deviantArt account to view locked images, i don't really know anything about the archive, so if you think I should link to a specific Snape-centric community or two, I'll be happy to add the links.

dA Search is limited to I think 2500 results right now (it had been down to 1000), so if something is neither new nor popular, it can be hard to find in a big search term like this with tons of results.
