Fuck me I am tired!

way too much mental and emotional stress these last few weeks and too much running around today has left me shot to hell.

but good news the xrays and the ekg were both negitive  good in a way but bad cause still don't know what is causing the chest pains.  and of course not knowing makes my anxiety worse which in turn makes my chest pains worse etc
