The girls gathered last night for a walk around Greenlake. Something new for us to do during the weekdays, since none of us work together any more. Esspecially since Betsi doesn't have a job, that girl has to be able to get out of the house

Another coincidence -- I love skipping showers too. My husband just can't understand it - he loves showers, and will take one just to warm up when the Seattle winter gets too cold. Me - I complain about how quickly I get cold again after a shower, with the water evaporating. I'm becoming convinced that I just don't like being wet - in the shower's okay, but between the end of the shower and being completely dry . . . ugh . . . .

I think it's a Texas thing. It's not like you start sweating the second you step out of the shower, you can go several days without ever breaking a sweat up here, and I think that's what really determines my grossness and need for a shower.
I crave 100 degree weather right now... WHO KNEW?!?

Not 100 degrees - but some damn sunshine would be nice - mid-60's would be heavenly. I just ordered a tent and a propane heater for Grant's birthday party, as insurance -- if spending the money causes the day to be warm and sunny, so much the better :)
