Totally agreed! I'm especially impressed by Ehle's ability to express so much with her eyes alone. Which is of course essential to a good Lizzy portrayal (after all it's her eyes that really first draw Darcy in). The change that comes over her face when, for instance, she sees Charlotte across the dance hall after Darcy has snubbed her is just remarkable. It's easy to see why her pair of fine eyes would make him reconsider his initial assessment. She manages to be an extremely active character without being a particularly physical character, because her eyes show that there's so much going on below the surface. Being so restrained but still so communicative like that has to be a difficult thing for an actor to pull off. It's really quite amazing to watch.
