working abroad

CAn anyone help?

I am looking to go abroad and possibly do some charity work while I am away. Interested in all the usual places , Oz, NZ, Thailand, Possibly Africa and most def Fiji

Does anyone know any agencies or anything that could point me in the right direction?

my dad knows some people in NZ who run a ski resort, have got quite a few people jobs over there so yes... I can help if you like :o)
