Very interesting!

Are you going to go for iron supplements or reduced donating?

Also; for the first time in years I will soon be eligible again! (It will be March or so, but this post put me in mind of it.)

Maybe wanna schedule a group outing?

why aren't you eligible?? too much sex with men from africa? it always catches up with you eventually.

honestly, no. I've tried to schedule the group thing and no one really shows up and then I have to postpone going. I go to the Duluth center, if you tell me when you're going, I'll meet you there if I'm eligible.

personally, I think I probably need more than just 56 days between donations. I seem to be ok every 3 months, not every 2.

You might want to take iron supplements anyway, it will improve your energy level when you enable your blood to do more. I wouldn't really recommend iron pills, for all they're cheap, because it's more work to keep them in your system without the iron being in a complex. There's a prescription (but as I call relatively cheap) form out there called Hemocyte. (I think I have Hemocyte-C)
