The Clash is going through my brain. I make a decent living at the Orange Box. However, I have just been reassigned to a new department. I have survived 2 downsizes in two years. You know my thoughts. Orange box has been good to us. If there is a good chance you can transfer to a better department then cool. If not we will get comparable insurance elsewhere. Money is transitory and it won't be a huge reduction. We can survive. I'm with you either way.

I'd say stay for now. Hopefully, things will open up for the better for either of you to alleviate some of the pressure.

As someone who has been looking at the help wanted ads, I'd stay if I were you unless you are really miserable.

Hugs your guys way. I am not miserable. It just isn't what it was. I have to eavesdrop to make certain I know what deliverable(s) I am being judged on.
