Ok, so I'm about 20 miles north of where hurricane Ike is projected to make landfall on Sat. morning. Please send prayers, thoughts or good energy our way. I've been busy packing clothes, pictures, and important documents for myself, 3 girls and 3 dogs. My hubby's on the hurricane crew for his job so he'll be staying behind. Gotta love living

San Marcos. It's a little college town between Austin and San Antonio. My brother lives there.

Hey Debra! It's Kelly! Give me your cell number so we can keep in touch through all of this. I made it to my dad's ok without any traffic problems. I hope ya'll make it to San Marcos without any problems too. We can just have our hurricane party here. I'll only be about 1 hour away from you! HAHA! Have a safe trip!
