I have had a headache for the last six days. I am really displeased by this.

Ibuprofen and my anti-migraine pill help for a short time, but it comes back after a few hours. Further, I really need to stop taking 800mg of ibuprofen a day if I want to keep my liver healthy.

Could it be food related? I can pretty strongly link my headaches to eating wheat.
