The trailer for Paprika said nothing me except 'This is everything you hate about anime wrapped up in a two minute trailer.'

So I take it you prefer the anime with hundreds of episodes, shotty animation, terrible music, characters that are largely meaningless, and is a complete fantasy?

I generally dislike anime, but it's the rare 1% masterpieces like this that give true authenticity to the style as an art

-Beep bop boop queer ass Japanese techno
-LOTS OF TENTACLES
-Malformed giant creepy doll-like people
-Neko Cats
-People flying on clouds
-Being trapped in a computer program
-The same we-wish-we-were-white anime interpretations of what people actually look like
-Etc.
